DATAMAP GmbH was founded in 1992 by the two biostatisticians Jürgen Lilienthal and Dr. Wilhelm Sauermann, who both have a long-standing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

They started with a team of eight employees who previously worked together in the same department in an international pharmaceutical company. Since then, DATAMAP has grown moderately focusing on the high quality of its services.

The number of employees has increased to over 30.

During the years, DATAMAP has acquired a reputation as a CRO offering high quality data management, SAS programming, biostatistics and report writing services at competitive prices.
